Ariana Ramsey is a two-time Olympian and proud member of the United States Women's Rugby Sevens National Team. In Paris 2024, she helped bring home the program's first-ever Olympic medal — a historic bronze that changed the trajectory of the sport in America.

A Dartmouth College graduate, Ariana balances elite competition with advocacy. She's used her Olympic platform to spotlight healthcare accessibility and to encourage the next generation of young women to step into sport with confidence.

Off the pitch, she's a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping others discover their own strength — physical, mental, and unapologetically their own.
